How Do I Begin?
You have a few options here. Contact me by phone, email or drop by during non-session hours to schedule your initial consultation. Once you decide which package best suits you we can schedule your InBody Session, Medical History Overview and a Simple Fitness Assessment.
How Long Are The Sessions?
Sessions will be anywhere from 45mins - 60 mins
What Is a Inbody Test?
Inbody is a device that helps us determine a starting point for your body transformation. It provides us some key numbers such as Percentage Body Fat, Skeletal Muscle Mass, and your Body Fat Mass.
What Is The Nutritional Assessment?
I will build a calorie profile that matches your current activity level as well as aligning it with your current goals. I will also give you tips and tricks to help manage your current eating habits.
Are There Cancellation Fees?
There are no package cancellation fees.
Workouts Led By ME! I will guide and educate you through a semi-private training session. Workouts will consist of up to 4 to 5 athletes (yes, you are an athlete!) per session. Working in small groups allows for affordable guided training that will still get you those results you are looking for. The PHIT program includes movement in all planes of motion, functional training, cardiovascular training, and just about every other kind of training you can think of. It's safe to say you will never get bored! The idea behind the PHIT Lab is to create a community atmosphere that builds each other up. To become part of a fitness family is special and I want to personally invite you into mine!
