I will build a calorie profile that matches your current activity level as well as aligning it with your current goals. I will also give you tips and tricks to help manage your current eating habits.
Workouts Led By ME! I will guide and educate you through a private/semi-private training session. Workouts will consist of up to 4 to 5 athletes (yes, you are an athlete!) per session. Working in small groups allows for affordable guided training that will still get you those results you are looking for. The PHIT program includes movement in all planes of motion, functional training, cardiovascular training, and just about every other kind of training you can think of. It's safe to say you will never get bored! The idea behind PHIT is to create a community atmosphere that builds each other up.
